Set up full-screen order alerts
So orders ring and show even when your phone is locked.
Open alert setup
Kuantar Driver and Kuantar Merchant show the order-alert setup after sign-in. Reopen it any time from Account → Full-screen order alerts.
Allow notifications
Tap Allow so orders can reach this phone.
Allow full-screen display
Turn on the full-screen permission in the Android settings that open, then return to the app.
lightbulbIf your phone has no such setting, choose Continue without full screen.
Test the alert
Tap Test now and lock the screen. Wait until the test order appears and rings.
Done
When you see "Full-screen order alerts work on this phone", you are ready for orders.
