Accept, prepare and hand orders to the driver.
Set up order alerts
Follow the full-screen order alert setup so new orders ring even when the phone is locked.
Accept new orders
New orders appear under New with an alarm. Check the items and notes, then tap Accept & prepare, or Reject if you cannot fulfil it.
Prepare the order
The order moves to Preparing. A driver is found automatically and heads to your store.
Mark it ready
Once packed, tap Order ready for pick-up. The driver is notified.
Hand it to the driver
Hand it only to the driver named on the order. The status changes to On delivery.
