Make sure your KuantarPay balance is IDR 0 and no orders are in progress. Partners: withdraw your earnings first.

Open Account → Delete account
This is available in Kuantar, Kuantar Driver and Kuantar Merchant.
Confirm with your password
Enter your password and confirm. Deletion cannot be undone.
Done
Your personal data is removed and you are signed out everywhere. Transaction records without identifiers are kept for legal obligations.
